Kolb’s Learning Cycle describes ‘reflection’ as an important part of a four-stage learning cycle, reviewing actions you have taken with the aim of making changes to improve future success (Kolb, 1984; Leeds Beckett University, 2015). For this reason, Momentum Events sought feedback from all event stakeholders in a variety of formats including a feedback board, social media comments, verbal feedback and post-event surveys.
