POTASSIUM Has an important role in our body, as it regulates the balce of fluids inside and outside of cells, with skeletal and muscular contraction, and ever as an electrolyte, which means that conducts electricity in the body. Too much of it causes Hyperkalemia which causes slow or irregular heartbeat or sudden collapse. Too little of it causes Hypokalemia that gives the symptom of weakness, muscle cramps, stomach disturbances, and irregular heartbeat.
CARBON does not appear in a pure form, instead it appears in molecules such as Glucose (C6H12O6,) and Carbon dioxide (CO2) If you have too much CO2 in your body you may have symptoms as Cushing's syndrome, vomiting, restriction of blood flow and lung ailments.
Hyperventilation, tensed muscles, anxienty, or even aggressiveness may be caused by too little CO2.
