event as the respective dates begin to approach!
Families that did not opt out from the Annual Banquet fundraiser should begin to watch the mail for their
CCS family invitation to the Annual Banquet, which will also have enclosed a special invitation to hand to a
non-CCS guest that you will invite to join you. Be sure to ask your guest now to mark his/her calendar, as the
Annual Banquet takes place in only eight weeks (Saturday, September 28, at 5:00 PM).
The Brochure-Mailing fundraiser will be launched in early October, so you can also begin making a list of the
15 (or more) family members, friends, and/or businesses to whom you will send your brochures.
The Annual Auction takes place on Saturday, April 25; more information about how you can help with the
auction will be explained in detail closer to the beginning of the second semester.
Finally, families that thought they would be able to participate in any of these fundraisers, but who find
themselves unable to do so in the end, will be reminded how they can make their $200 tax-deductible
contribution(s) per student per fundraiser instead.
We are blessed to have a community of families that is committed to meeting the school’s budgeted
fundraising goals! We can do this great calling to Christian education only when we all work together!
