Our Deepest Condolences to the Wies Family
Robert “Bob” Wies, 87, of Saint Charles, Missouri,
passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2019.
Bob and his wife, Euvonne, started raising cattle
in 1975. It started as a hobby and turned into
a passion for them. Over the years, they have
received many awards and have been influential
in the breed. They also enjoyed traveling to several
of the International Limousin Congress (ILC) trips.
In 1998 they were inducted into the Missouri
Limousin Breeders (MLBA) “Hall of Fame.” This
award, which was started in 1996, is presented
annually to recognize the accomplishments of a
breeders who has been a longtime member of the
organization, a person of the highest integrity, and
one who has demonstrated ongoing leadership in
both the association and within the breed itself.
