Limi Boosters Limousin Beef Cook-Off On Sunday, June 30, 2019, the Annual Limousin Beef Cook-Off took place for states to show off their impressive cooking abilities. Teams are judged on their theme, educational aspect of their skit and the taste and appeal of their recipe. Texas took home the first place award; Oklahoma came in second, and also won the people’s choice award. Missouri rounded out the cook-off coming in thrid. INSTRUCTIONS: 1.
