Her stepson, Lin Jammet, gave her artworks and archives to the nation. The Yorkshire Sculpture Park, and two places in Dorset, the Dorset County Museum and the Dorset History Centre are now looking after them.  

There are several videos on the Messums website telling the story of how the contents of the studio came to be there. Hannah Davies Head of Logistics at Messums described the transport exercise as a ‘nightmare’.  Local farmers helped them transport the reassembled studio from Woolland. Hannah wanted it to be as close as possible to Elizabeth Frink’s studio so that she would have been proud of it. In our opinion it did just that and would have been close to her heart, as Hannah hoped.

The scale of the exhibition was small which made it reminiscent of an artist’s private space.
