FOUND IMAGERY AND THE INTERNET (5 WEEKS) This course provides an introduction to the language of lens-based imagery and to thinking photographically. Students will develop a critical visual fluency by dealing primarily with existing imagery and, in turn, possess an awareness of the flexibility of image implication and context. Saturday 2-5pm Jaclyn Wright Session I: Starts January 17 $190, Members $185 STILL LIFE PHOTOGRAPHY (5 WEEKS) This course provides an introduction to photographic language concerning images and the art object. Students will focus on developing a basic understanding of lighting techniques for photographing three-dimensional work while opening a dialogue regarding image/object in the current state of contemporary art.
