Creativity can’t be summoned like a dog. Instead, creativity is more like a cat, it comes when it wants on its own terms and time table, however inconvenient it may be. There is no coaxing it to visit you. While some artists create their best works amid struggle and pain many others create from a happier place. The ability to transform pain into something that resonates with so many others is a gift. Fortunately, though, we don’t have to experience loss or heartache to create.
