I wanted to introduce our mission for those of you who don't know what we stand for! We are all about cruelty free eating, that is healthy and delicious. My mission is to get people to start connecting what they eat and how they feel. I opened Apura Juicery located here in Boca Raton Florida where I also reside in Nov 2014 with the mission to get people exposed to delicious plant based food. Eating more plants is the one thing each of us can do to protect our health. I noticed a tremen- dous difference when I became vegan. ate person towards animals and the earth. I feel there is no reason to have animal cruelty practices taking place.
