Travel Destination: La Crosse, Wisconsin
One place I love to visit when I go to Wisconsin is La Crosse. La Crosse has a lot of fun things to do and I’ve gone there ever since I was a child. This past summer I went to an old car museum, Dahl Auto Museum, that was located in downtown La Crosse. It was a very interesting experience to be able to see all of the different types of old cars. My dad is into old cars and I found this museum one day on the internet while I was searching for things to do in La Crosse. They even had two convertibles that represented a drive in Movie Theater that they had in the olden days. They also had old license plates and gas pumps in there. I was also able to sit in a car and get my picture taken with my family. It was neat to learn about the history of the cars and to be actually able to see a museum that just has old, mint condition cars in it. This museum is a place for anyone to go, you don't have to be interested in old cars to see it. There is also a mall you can go to, called the Valley View Mall that has a lot of stores in it and even a Barnes and Noble Cafe that has Starbucks in it. I love to go shopping at the Valley VIew Mall, they have a lot of amazing stores in there and even a food court. There is also a huge Wal-Mart and Good Will store that is very interesting. There are also fast food places that are usually not found around here. They have an A and W restaurant, a Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Applebee’s, Red Lobster and many more. There is also a bowling alley, and movie theater too. There is also a Chuck e’ Cheeses that I went to when I was younger. Another reason to go to La Crosse is to see the beautiful views while you are driving there. You get to overlook the Mississippi river and see all of the bluffs that surrond the city. There are many more attractions and places to visit in La Crosse, WIsconsin that I didn't even mention. La Crosse is a beautiful city and I love going there. If you have the chance to go to La Crosse, I would go there. It is a wonderful place to visit and you won't be disappointed.
