GENERAL COMMENTS

Kindly note that we have not received all the bills on a monthly basis from all the Hospitals listed which makes the auditing process extremely difficult. We need to conduct revised Analysis on all accounts in order to identify any new savings opportunities wherein we can incorporate/include the impact of the most recent tariff changes and charges on all accounts. We cannot re-iterate how important this is, as this could lead to more savings opportunities for the entire Group. For the sake of reference purposes we have emailed all the Regional Managers on all hospitals requesting that we be provided with the most recent bills as a matt of urgency. matter In some instances we have not received any historic bills for some Hospitals and are not in a position to produce any results in the form of savings or over/under over/under-charges. Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.
