Bryce Carter is a transformative leader with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity , privacy , and technology management . Bryce is renowned for his commitment and proven ability to strengthen resilience , protect community privacy , foster innovation , safeguard essential public services , and effectively balance security risks .
Prior to joining Arlington , Bryce successfully developed and led information security and privacy programs at the City of Bellingham , WA . He is an active member of the Coalition of City CISOs and serves on an advisory board for the Center for Internet Security .
Bryce actively gives back to the community by mentoring the next generation of security and privacy leaders .
