Personal Protective Equipment at Work
Regulations 1992:
Requires employers to provide appropriate protective clothing and
equipment for their employees. Employees also have a
responsibility to use the equipment supplied.

Handling are:

?Care Standards Act 2000
Responsibilities:
Under these laws both the employer and employee have a number
of responsibilities covering the following areas
