During the competition students are building:

• Friendships that can last after graduation
• Skills like communication and teamwork that will help them in any career and life after high school
“ This experience showed me what I’ m capable of,” said Andres Valenzuela, a student from Sno-Isle TECH Skills Center in Everett.“ I have a lot more skills than I thought.”
The skills students used at the competition are also the same ones that Boeing employees use every day to build airplanes.
