We are glad to introduce Semyon Zhernakov. While growing up in Vladivostok he traveled a lot around Asia with his parents. That was a time when he realized that he is willing to dedicate his career to the hospitality business. He started a career as a desk assistant at the Executive Lounge at the Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana Hotel. A few months later when he moved to back office to work as a phone operator he learned many of the hotel insights while he was doing back office assignments and answered many hundreds of phone calls per day. At that time, he learned closer about who is concierge and what an exciting profession it is. He decided not to wait until a miracle will happen and proved to the hotel management that he deserves to be a concierge. Then he started his career as a concierge of the Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana Hotel. A year later he was promoted to the position of a senior concierge.
