We are glad to present Eugenia Litvyakova who became the first keeper of the Golden Keys in the Hotel Peter I. This is a fabulous reward and pride for Eugenia personally and for the hotel where she works. She've started her way in a five-star hotel with duty at the reception desk, and in six months she didn't miss the opportunity to try herself as a Concierge. Evgenia does her best to help guests and colleagues, takes part in the organization of events, preparation of reports, represents the "Golden Keys of Concierges" in the educational field, works on the popularization of the Concierge as a profession, and promotes the Association.
