4. Mind Set - hang around positive people and fill your mind with positive thoughts. Being positive can add 5 years to your life.
5. Mindfulness- incorporate a meditative practice into your daily routine. When we silence our mind and focus our attention we raise our level of awareness. As a result, we are less stressed.
6. Limit chemical exposure - It takes 26 seconds for ingredients in personal products to enter our bloodstream causing havoc to our health. Environmental Working Group has a great database that you can search to see if the product you are about to buy is known for health risks.
7. Take Time Out - Do something fun. There are several health benefits linked to doing something you enjoy including reduced stress, improved memory, and boosted energy levels.
