At the age of 2, my son had a compromised immune system due to vaccinations which pushed him into 5 rounds of antibiotics, leading us to a popular Children's hospital where they wanted to remove body parts. The biggest roadblock to health and wellness is the mindset. We have been brainwashed into thinking that there is sometimes only one way to wellness and that's not the truth. 7 Simple Ways People Can Stay Well
1. Sleep, it's crucial to get a good nights sleep. Without it, we have impaired thinking, higher risk for obesity, hypertension, increased stress hormones, and a suppressed immune system just to name a few.
2. Nourishment- Eat more live foods instead of dead foods. Whole foods are rich in Phytochemicals; more vitamins and minerals assisting in the prevention of disease; when possible choose organic. Whereas processed foods (dead foods) are rich in sugars and artificial ingredients which cause brain fog and place us at a higher risk for obesity.
