American adventure honeymoon for local newlyweds
A BRIEF hail shower didn ’ t dampen the beautiful wedding day of local couple Vikki Corden and Andrew Skinner who tied the knot earlier this year on Saturday 27th April .
70 guests joined the happy couple , 27 year old former Leek High School pupil Vikki and husband Andrew 30 , of Biggin near Hartington , to celebrate their special day .
The ceremony was held at the stunning Peveril of the Peak country hotel nestled in the heart of the Peak District near to Ashbourne where groom Andrew attended school at Queen Elizabeth Grammar .
Blushing bride Vikki , a children ’ s centre worker in Buxton , was given away by her father Chris Corden and accompanied down the aisle by her younger sisters

21 year old Amy and 18 year old Emma Corden as her bridesmaids along with close friends , maid of honour Sian Chell and Laura Bradbury who was also a bridesmaid .
Best Man Wayne Skinner ’ s daughter Roxanne was Vikki ’ s flower girl , and she was joined by pageboys Kade and Harley Patalong , the sons of one of Andrew ’ s ushers Gareth and bridesmaid Laura .
During the civil ceremony Andrew ’ s sister-in-law Adele did the honour of performing a reading which really personalised the service for the couple on their big day .
The wedding party was complete with the groom ’ s best man and brother Wayne Skinner and ushers Gareth Chell and Gareth Patalong .
