This second day of confinement, I put an alarm at 6 am and I connected to the ENT to prevent the influx of students in the day. Then, I did muscle building in my bedroom instead of my usual jog outside. In the afternoon, I took my rabbits out into my garden and stayed to watch them. When I got home, I called my grandmother to know how she was doing and we talked for a moment about the gossip of HER small town.
The news said 9134 infected and 264 deaths.

I’m bored. This morning, I went running in the forest next to my house. It feels so good to get out. In the afternoon, I’ve done a lot of homework, the teachers are bombing us without thinking that our parents are teleworking so we don’t always have access to the computer.
Last night, I watched an English movie without captions, I was proud of myself. Also, the connection is terrible: AT around MIDDAY, I left the table to connect to the ENT. My parents don’t like it too much but otherwise the network is saturated by the number of connections.
When I don’t do anything, I want to have a snack, like a good biscuit covered in dark chocolate or a piece of bun perfumed with orange peel with a large layer of the spread dough… So, I try to keep busy all the time, it’s horrible to always be hungry like this!
Today, 10 995 people infected and 372 dead.

The confinement will DRIVE me crazy! Tonight, I had a fight with my boyfriend on the phone. We hung up and I cried. Then, he called me back and apologized.
Infected: 14 459 / Dead: 562

Well, almost a month later, I’m back. The confinement was extended until May 11. I’m not going to lie to you, I’m going out to run with Elsa, my neighbor, but we respect the safety distances. I don’t know how I would stand without her, chatting with someone else that my family does me good. In two days, we are on holiday so I relax a little and take advantage of the good weather to lie down in a sun lounger and sunbathe. I’m a little behind on my homework, but I’ll make up for it in the next week.
We have two of our friends who caught the Covid-19 and are in critical condition. One of them was in an artificial coma, but I heard he was awake recently.
The news is bad: 106 206 infected and 17 167 dead.

Times passes relatively quickly even if we stay home all the time. I’m forgetting my old confinement diary to watch my series: Gossip Girl, in English of course. I stopped looking at the news.

This morning, I vacuumed my room, cleaned the washbasins, toilets and bathtub in the bathroom. It’s raining cats and dogs here. I started listening to the radio again on my music set, the news said 151 677 infected and 29 021 dead.
This is the end of this diary, after almost three months without a high school class, I conclude that I didn’t really miss THEM. In fact, the recovery is today for some students, but my parents refuse to let me take public transport. I would have liked to see the arrangements put in place for this epidemic that will undoubtedly mark history, but I will settle for video conferencing courses, which have become almost normal now.
