• All lease locations will be set up in our secure Lease Administration platform
• Access created for the team members as designated by the client
Lease Abstract Fee Per Lease / Record
• All documents related to a Lease will be reviewed to create one comprehensive abstract , including lease clauses and all critical dates
• Identification of any missing documents
Annual Maintenance Fee
• Uploading of all new or revised documents
• Updating of abstracts to keep all information current
• Tracking of all critical dates
• Direct access to our Lease Administration team
• Document bank with all leases , amendments , floor plans , estoppels , etc .
