NEW Festive Spring Salads
These great new recipes are perfect
for spring, featuring wild rice,
quinoa, fruit, and greens. We’ll make
a wild rice salad with chicken breast
or fresh mushrooms and cashews,
a vegetarian main dish salad with
multi-colored pepper and quinoa,
a fruit salad with cantaloupe,
strawberries and an orange sauce,
and a raspberry-spinach salad
with glazed pecans. Then we’ll
round out the evening with three
easy dressings for your favorite
combination of assorted garden
greens—orange, feta cheese, and
creamy blue cheese dressing. You
will be ready for family, friends and
spring! A supply fee of $13 is payable
to the instructor in class.
