Indoor Walking
Walk the hallways of Skyview
Community School and/or John
Glenn Middle School and forget
the worries of inclement weather.
Mondays through Thursdays,
6:30–8:30 pm and 9:00–11:30 am on
most Saturdays. After you register,
you will receive a Walking Club card
and a list of dates the buildings are
not available. If you register online,
please call 651-748-7232.

Nordic Walking
Already walking for exercise and
enjoyment? Take a simple walk
and turn it into a full body workout
without feeling like you are working
any harder! Increase your heart rate,
burn more calories, strengthen your
upper body and create resistance to
build better bone density. Poles are
provided for use during this walk and
information is available on where
to purchase poles of your own for
future walks. Give it a try you will be
hooked! Wear comfortable shoes
and dress for weather, the class is
held outside. Meet at Gladstone.
Following instruction you will be
walking along the Gateway Trail.

PiYo LIVE
PiYo LIVE is an intense cardio
workout that combines Pilates with
the strength and flexibility of yoga
movements all in one class. It is
designed for all fitness levels from
beginner to advanced as all moves
may be modified. Best of all, the only
equipment necessary is a mat. Use
your own body weight to sculpt out
an amazing body! Bring an exercise
mat and water to class.

Yoga
