this program encompasses all
aspects of physical fitness in a class
setting—resistance, interval, power,
plyometrics, and endurance. The
workout changes every 6-9 minutes,
allowing every muscle group to get
a quick yet effective workout. You
may wish to bring a yoga mat and
water bottle. All other equipment
available. Get ready for an intense
full body workout to get your day off

Yin Yoga is designed to provide
the opportunity to nourish mind
and body through yielding into
postures for longer periods of time,
finding stillness, stretch, and deep
spaciousness as a balance to a busy
life. Some Yin Yoga benefits include
increased circulation and improved
flexibility, greater joint mobility,
calming of the mind and body, and
deeper relaxation and release of
