Leave policy:
Thanks for complying with the requests seriously in order to guarantee both interests
between the students and the teacher:
1. Absent: Students' leave (no matter what the reason) must be notified (8 hours before
the class time). If a student didn’t ask for a leave in advance, their teacher will still get paid
for the missed lesson, and the student will be marked ABSENT in his/her attendance sheet.
No makeup class will be done. Teachers' leave (no matter what the reason) must be notified
6 hours before the class time. If a teacher didn’t ask for leave in advance, the teacher needs
to do a makeup class to the student without pay. (Email to inform the other party as the only
discriminate basis)
2. Late for Class: A student who isn't online within 20 minutes from the start of his class
is automatically considered absent. A teacher who isn't online within 20 minutes from the
start of the student's class is automatically considered absent and will need to give one free
class to the student. (Skype messages and call records as the only discriminate basis,
evidence must be fully, Screenshots with time.)
3. Connection Problem: If there is any connection problem which will influence the
class efficiency at the very beginning of the class and the both part cannot improve the
quality of the connection in 5mins, the class can be cancelled and delayed. The class doesn’t
count.
