During their time as Independent
Product Consultants, Peter and
Susie Bagwell have learned what
it takes to build a successful team.
Susie shares, “We used to think that
we had to be a higher rank than the
consultants on our team. However,
Teresa Harding shared something that
changed our perspective. She said,
‘I am going to have to take a step back
from my personal goals to support my
team.’ This advice completely changed
our outlook. Now when an individual
tells us they want to achieve a goal,
we work to support them.”
