ate a district that works collaboratively to ensure all youth and families have support to reach their fullest potential academically, socially and emotionally, and that they graduate college- and career-ready. In 2011-12 our Board voted to phase in our Full Service Community Schools model, starting with schools in our district that needed immediate attention based on academic scores, school climate indices, and attendance percentages. We started with five full service schools, including both of our comprehensive high schools. The next year we added 10, and this academic year all 24 schools are Full Service Community Schools. for students and their families to services in the district or in partnership with the community. These services can include, but are not limited to, access to parent university courses, family resource centers, medical and dental clinics, mental health clinicians, social workers, counselors, food bank ́
