But you invite me to cast my anxieties upon you because you know and you understand . Your plans were never meant for me to download and execute on my own . Help me stop worshiping the flawless execution of the plan that takes me from A to Z . Untangle me from the burden and illusion of control . You ’ re enough for me , O Lord ; help me to believe it — in my questions , in my disappointments , and when my best efforts don ’ t result in fulfilled plans . Grow my desire to go where you lead and follow your way , that should every one of my plans be thwarted , the detour might lead me right back to your best for me , right where you are . Amen .
