Rather than wanting to see life and ministry return to normal , we must choose to embrace the new season , and leverage it , so we can more effectively reach the lost !

As Christian leaders full of faith , we know and trust that God will turn all of the upheaval and disruption for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose ( Romans 8:28 ). I believe we are in a unique time in which we have an opportunity to ask Jesus how He would have us minister in this end time hour to be effective in winning souls before His return . God is working in all of this : Perhaps God allowed a church to close so that the pastor could be set free from religious traditions and systems and hit the streets to save the lost ? Or some who never thought they would pastor or preach now find themselves called to the pulpit and releasing fire from the secret place of intimacy with Jesus from the overflow of their prayer closets ! What we do know is this : through it all , God has allowed us to walk through the fire , so we can be refined and become more like Him !
As leaders , we have an opportunity to allow the event of the last two years to shift us away from old thinking and instead embrace the new season ahead !
