When it seems that your prayers are bouncing off the ceiling like a baseball rebounding off the batting cage net , the reality is that God is closer to you than ever . throne . Whatever you have to do , save him .”
I miss my mother so much . She was my rock and foundation growing up in an unstable environment . She was the person I could count on and trust to be there for me and love me unconditionally . Most importantly , she prayed for my salvation until the Lord called her home . Although my mother ’ s death continues to be a painful loss , her memory and legacy of faithfulness inspires me to never stop praying for God ’ s will to be accomplished in my own children ’ s lives . God ’ s call on my life to share the life-changing message of the gospel with anybody anywhere is the answer to my mother ’ s faithful and fervent prayers . She was never able to see the results of her prayers before she left this earth for her heavenly home . But I am living proof that God honored and answered her prayers . I hope my story encourages you to know that God is working in the middle of your situation even when you don ’ t see any evidence of it . When the desired results you ’ re praying for aren ’ t yet in view , keep praying , trusting , and hoping that God will make a way where there seems to be no way . He is the Way Maker !
And when God doesn ’ t answer your prayers according to your specific requests and timetable , trust that his plan is better — his realities for your life are beyond your imagination .
The apostle Paul seemed to have this perspective about his own chronic health condition .
