When a prototype is a genuine “ safe , modest , playful experiment ,” there is no failure . There is just an opportunity to try something new , learn something new , and observe how the system reacts . And then you just do it again . And again . And again . No experts , just learners . No silver bullets , just experiments . No superheroes to save the day , just “ mad scientists ” setting out to discover something new .
These experiments are definitely not about trying harder but about learning to look and listen , experiment and learn , prototype and discover a potential new way in the middle of a confusing moment .
