conflict and create a deep friendship. Let love be in your tongue (what you say). Forgive each other quickly and do not take offense. Play with each other, do the unexpected, laugh with each other. We exercise, play games, watch a wholesome movie, and hold hands whenever we walk together. We don’t walk or run ahead of each other. We take time to show respect, speak and live words of kindness to each other (Ephesians 5:21-32). The Bible is the Christian’s presupposition to faith -- it’s what we believe and live by. To do otherwise precludes us from belonging to God. and reason with the Lord and have fellowship with Him. He will build our homes on truth, righteousness and love. He will not yield to your blueprint of how you want your home built. Word, prayer and fellowship will manifest the fruit of the Spirit as often as you do them (Gal. 5:22) and it will give you weapons to defend your home against any attack of the devil (Eph. 6:10). Valerie and I have endeavored to live by these priorities and principles and have built our home by loving God, each other and fellowshipping with mature believers. Serving each other has turned amazing love into amazing grace. You have an open invitation to talk to God.
