Third grade Quest students created
tropical fish to help decorate the foyer
at Meridian Little Theater during the
production of
“The Little Mermaid.”
The students made fish out of bottles
and tissue paper. Thank you MLT for
allowing these students to be involved
with this community event.

Southern Mississippi’s Intelligently Gifted
Kaleidoscope Competition at the Frances A.
Karnes Center for Gifted Studies where she won
3rd place! Kourtney described her drawing titled:
‘I am Thankful for Friendship’.
“My drawing is about me and my BFF holding hands with
friendship symbols. She is my best friend because she is kind,
generous, and a good friend. She is generous because she
doesn't think about herself all the time. She is kind because she
always plays with me. She is a good friend because she talks to
me when I’m sad.”
