Graphene Technologies for Improved Performance Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory   Graphene, a nearly transparent super material 200 times stronger than steel, is the foundation for breakthrough technologies in a variety of applications. Graphene  Production   Berkeley  Lab  researchers  have  developed  scalable  technologies  to  grow  graphene  suitable  for   semiconductor  and  electronic  devices,  sensors,  and  other  applications,  and  to  control  the   material’s  length,  width,  and  homogeneity,  among  other  parameters.  Available  technologies   include     • Catalyst  Patterning  for  Scalable  CVD  Growth  of  Graphene  Nanoribbon   (3034)   • Synthesis  of  High  Quality  Graphene   (2831)   • Single  Pass  Graphene  Deposition  on  Dielectric  Surfaces   (2758)     Hydrogen  Storage  and  Battery  Applications   Nanostructures  incorporating
