Total Goal:
Your total goal is the total amount of the listed service you are looking to sell to your customer base. We want to be sure that we sell a good percentage of our services to our base. I usually do a 4 year plan. I aim to grow my sales to 50% of my base in 4 years depending on the size of the business I am marketing. Now if you have 15 customers and you sell all 15 great! But once you get over 300 it can be much more challenging or imagine 55,000.
Revenue Goal:
What total dollar amount do you want to make from your campaign efforts? What is your total goal? This will be huge for you to focus on as this is the ultimate goal of a marketing campaign, make more money.
