Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival The sixth annual Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival, presented with founding partners FOOD & WINE and Lexus, is set to feature three-nights and four-days of unrivalled tastings, dinners, lunches, seminars, book signings, cooking demonstrations, and special events, showcasing the finest in food and drink culture.
In past years, the star-studded lineup has included 2016 James Beard Award winners Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo as well as celebrated chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Jonathan Waxman, Tyler Florence, Curtis Stone,

Tres Leches Coconut Mango Trifle
Ingredients:
1 box( 16.25 ounces) yellow or white cake mix, prepare according to package directions using two 9-inch round cake pan Wooden skewer or wooden spoon 1 can( 14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup lite coconut milk 2 / 3 cup( 5 fl.-oz. can) NESTLÉ ® CARNA- TION ® Evaporated Milk Grated peel from one lime 1 cup heavy whipping cream or 2 cups prepared frozen, thawed lite whipped topping
2 cups chopped fresh mangos, divided Toasted coconut( optional)
Directions:
• Place one baked cake layer in bottom of trifle dish.
• Pokeholes in cake with wooden skewer or round handle of wooden spoon.
• Pour sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk and evaporated milk into 4-cup volume Pyrex measuring cup; whisk until smooth. Grate lime peel over milk mixture; stir until smooth.
• Pour half of the tres leches sauce over the

The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 25 through Sunday, August 28, 2016, and will take place in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, with main events directly in front of the iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall and The Broad museum( with closures along Grand Avenue, between 1st and 3rd street), the 6th annual Los Angeles Food & Wine festival will also feature tastings, dinners, lunches, seminars, cooking demonstrations, and special events located across parts of greater Los Angeles including Downtown, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and more.

• Poke holes in cake.
• Pour remaining tres leches sauce over cake.
• Spread remaining cream over cake.
• Spoon remaining mango over cake.
• Chill
• Garnish with toasted coconut before serving.
