Circle of Transformation

In December 2023 , I gave a presentation to more than 40 pastors from the Circle of Silence ( includes eight underreached states in Mexico ) in San Luis Potosí . I shared information about the challenges facing this state and highlighted the importance of addressing social problems . During the presentation , I noticed a change in the expressions on the pastors ’ faces — a mixture of sadness and disappointment that led me to stop and find the reason behind that mood shift . Then , a senior leader in the region shared his feelings . “ The mere mention of the term ‘ Circle of Silence ’ makes us feel our significant efforts in spreading the Word have been forgotten or relegated to silence .”
Given this revelation , I proposed a new perspective . What if , instead of talking about the Circle of Silence , internally , we call it “ the Circle of Transformation ”? This suggestion not only resonated with those present but also opened space for more hopeful conversations .
Over the past five years , three fundamental points have guided our work :
1 . Motivation : Motivate participants , reminding them that they are not alone . OMS / Satura México presents itself as solid support . Each individual is encouraged to reach out to their community , develop plans with OMS ’ Train & Multiply training materials , and encourage continuity .
2 . Training : Equipping believers in person-to-person evangelism and searching for “ persons of peace ” have been revealed as practical and rapid group train-
