NEW ELVEDEN MIX Wild Thorn Hedge
Elveden Instant Hedge is pleased to announce the creation and planting of our latest hedging mix. Designed with privacy in mind, our home grown, Wild Thorn Hedge has already been attracting attention from garden designers, ecologists, infrastructure project managers and facilities managers who want to attain maximum biodiversity whilst deterring deer and other unwanted visitors.
Wild Thorn Hedging is a mix of seven robust hedging species that are known to provide a whole raft of benefits. Most( but not all) of the species are native to the UK but to optimise the mix for climate change, we’ ve added some popular garden favourites such as pyracantha, which fares remarkably well in the UK and provides excellent forage for pollinators and birds.
