exceptional views of Wembley
Stadium’s iconic arch, making them
ideal for everything from family
picnics to impressing your visitors.
With a mix of wide, grassy spaces and
more intimate seating areas, along
with some lovely feature planting,
the gardens and roof terraces are the
perfect spot for making the most of the
early spring weather in London.

“The Landsby Gardens & Terraces
represent a fresh and practical
approach to providing year-round,
outside living, entertainment and play
space for use by resident’s and their
visitors. As part of the Wembley Park
Landscape Masterplan, developed LDA
Design, the roof gardens form part of
the vibrant residential, retail, cultural
and entertainment neighbourhood
being developed, with a special
character distinct to Landsby a pair of
stepped residential blocks designed to
maximise views for residents.
“Envisaged as accessible garden elements in addition to the seating and
spaces and providing a welcome buffer entertaining space.
between the bustling Olympic Way and
Weaver Walk, the gardens contribute
to a sense of calmness and serenity
above street level. The roof top
gardens create a stunning destination
for day and night time viewing of the
surrounding Wembley Park, Arch
and distant views to the City, Barn
Hill and Harrow-on-the Hill. The West
Garden at Level 1 and the East Garden
at Level 2 include playable landscape
“The design of the two roof top gardens
maximises the views with pathways
alongside the glass-topped balustrade.
The artificial lawns were chosen over
live lawns to reduce loading, provide
year-round access, remove the need
for watering and use of fertilisers and
chemicals and deliver the luxury of
ease of use and the lifestyle choice
associated with high end rental living.
