LAND DOMAIN NCO DEVELOPMENT

Grounded in experience and motivated by strong leaders who stand out as role models , the best NCO is clearly one who is challenged to recognize his or her strengths and weaknesses . This approach must , however , be informed by a clear vision of what is required of “ generation next ” – the NCOs who will come after us . In attempt to frame the NATO influences that have positively affected our human terrain in recent months , I ’ ll highlight from my perspective events that have had a direct impact on the future of NCOs in the LAND Domain .
