I used to paint bizarre situations placed in dreamy landscapes, where there was no place for human, replacing them with animal like forms – these were images of homesickness. I think my recent abstract works still contain that nostalgic element of lost childhood spent in countryside surrounded with nature in form of landscape suggestions.
