Louise Barrett – 11976 / 1977 Willam Cyclo
One of two known William Cyclos in existence and the only road registered version in the world . It has a 49cc engine , two seats and a pedal on the passenger side . Not only can you share the fun with a friend , but you can have them ‘ work ’ for it in the form of pedalling if you run out of petrol .
Ozz Patel – 1997 Bentley Turbo R
In immaculate show spec inside and out , this Bentley has been fully restored from nut to bolt . The interior has been removed and retrimmed back to factory specification . The paint has a mirror finish and it has never even been used in the rain ! Aaron says : “ There ’ s not a single imperfection – it ’ s a real show piece .”
Michael Jones – 1983 BMW 316 Baur Convertible
Michael says this car honours the previous owner David Ward who passed away earlier this year . David purchased the car in 2011 as scrap due to excessive rust . A retirement project , he completely rebuilt the body and engine . Michael plans to carry on David ’ s work and take the project to another level .
Mike Pim-Keirle – 1965 MG MGB
Mike has owned this MGB for over 35 years and used it as his reliable daily driver for the first ten of those years . He has undertaken a programme of gradual refurbishment and improvements over his time in ownership , including new leather seats , crackle dash , and original steering wheel .
Paddy Doherty – 1938 Austin 10 Cambridge
This Austin 10 Cambridge spent 30 years in a garage after Paddy bought it . He spent many hours during lockdown in 2020 restoring the car . It had a full engine strip down and rebuild . Paddy says he could not have done the work without the help of a good friend .
Philip Egan – 1985 Honda Acty
Many people assume this is a recently imported JDM truck but Honda officially launched microtrucks in the UK in the late 1970s . Philip took ownership of this 1985 model in 2016 and the mileage went around the clock on his faultless journey home , so the clock shows the mileage in his ownership (+ 100 ).
Robert Jones – 1960 Chevrolet Bel Air
Robert bought the Bel Air in Burma in 2001 , where it was being used in music videos . It had plywood floors , epic rust , a mismatch of parts , one small snake and many cockroaches . A full restoration over many years saw the car finally back on the road in April 2022 .
Simon Stephens – 1969 Triumph Vitesse
Simon purchased the Triumph Vitesse in 2010 and wanted to carry out a ground up restoration but also to bring it up to date with some 21st century modifications . Simon thinks all the time and money spent on the car is worthwhile when he gets to take it to shows and see the positive reactions it gets .
Stephen Cheape – 1981 Ford FIESTA Popular
A very rare basic 1981 Ford Fiesta 950 Popular in a limited colour combination . Only 3,000 miles on the clock , the car is in its original pristine condition , as if it just rolled off the production line . It has no corrosion and has never had any work carried out on it .
William Flay – 1976 Ford Escort RS2000
William purchased the car in 1979 and used it as his everyday car for around 12 years before putting it into storage . In the early 2000s , he got it back on the road and displayed it at local car shows for 15 years . He has since rebuilt the engine , gearbox , back axel and brakes . The car has also been resprayed inside and out .
