Community Guide
LEADERSHIP LAKEVILLE
Leadership Lakeville is a nine-month program to develop community-minded leaders by providing a comprehensive look at the people and places that make Lakeville thrive. From September through May, participants meet monthly at different locations across the city, each session focused on a key sector such as city and state government, education, public safety, and local business.
Participants take part in facility tours, interact directly with local leaders in panel discussions, and engage in leadership development sessions, led by experienced coaches.
In addition to the class sessions, participants will volunteer a minimum of four hours for one of our local nonprofits or at one of our school partnered or local community events. By the end of the program, participants leave with a well-rounded view of Lakeville, a stronger

sense of personal leadership, and a network of peers equally committed to our thriving community. If you are looking to grow professionally, contribute to our community, connect with local leaders, and tour some cool places- Leadership Lakeville provides the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to get involved and make an impact.

MINNESOTA and community guide. This is given to our nearly 600 members, and another 3,000 magazines are distributed throughout the community at local businesses, hotels, and events.

The New Resident Mailing is delivered quarterly to every person who has moved in or to Lakeville each year. For a small fee, members can include a flyer with their information, goods, and services in this welcome packet of resources.
