Guards of the month It is with great pleasure that the security committee of the LVHOA have rewarded Sizikhaya Makhu( top) with the guard of the month for April 2018. We all thank you for your hard work and dedication in keeping Lakeside and our residents safe.
Tag reminder Your tags are your access into the village. DO NOT HAND YOUR TAGS to anyone. Report any lost or stolen tags immediately so they can be cancelled off the system. Domestics and gardeners that have been dismissed need to be reported to the office immediately so their tags can be removed from the system.
Homeowners who rent, need to ensure that the office is informed when tenants vacate, so that tags can be deleted, and that new tenets are sent to the office to fill in a tag form, etc. Remember residents are responsible for our security, help us to keep everyone in Lakeside safe.
Your Social Committee
We are living in a beautiful village in a lovely suburb, I am sure we all appreciate that it is fun and friendly for our children, and of course all of the residents, weekends walking in and around the village with the kids and dogs.
The social committee really just wants to cement this by bringing families and residents together who may have normally never met for numerous reasons, it is at these functions when the children play together and the parents can relax and socialize that we realize how fortunate we are to live in such an atmosphere, this is of course where everyone looks out for one another, it adds to the overall security and safety for all of us.
We are always open to new ideas and members should you wish to join us, our meetings are always informal and fun. Thanks for all of your support & see you all soon
