CYCLES
Residents must supervise their children and children of their visitor’s to
ensure that no nuisance is caused to other residents and no damage is caused to
property.
DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS
• The local by-laws relating to pets will apply.
• The number of animals kept on a property must be in accordance with the
by-laws but no more than 2 (two) dogs may be kept on any property without the
prior written consent of the Directors.
• Residents are responsible for ensuring that their animals do not cause injury or
unreasonable disturbance.
• Dogs are not allowed in Open or Common Areas without a leash.
• The owner must immediately clean up any fouling or droppings.
• No aviaries, kennels or like accommodation for pets may be sited where they
can easily be seen from the street.
