A Look at Landon House
If you’ve driven down Lake Nona Boulevard
lately, you’ve surely noticed the flurry of
construction across the street from Lake
Nona Medical City. The Lake Nona Town
Center will be open before we know it.
In addition to the array of restaurants,
hotels, and offices that will open as part
of the Town Center’s first phase, the
development will also welcome Lake
Nona’s second apartment community: the
280-unit, five-story Landon House.
Decked out with luxury amenities, Landon
House will sit conveniently across the street
from the bustling Town Center and in
walking distance from Medical City, making
it a great place to call home whether
you work in Lake Nona or make quick a
commute around Orlando. Designed with
urban-style floor plans and modern fixtures,
each apartment will be outfitted with all
the essentials for contemporary living – and
then some.
Opening in 2016, Landon House
apartment homes will start at $999 per
month. Future residents can rent a one,
two or three-bedroom apartment, or
choose an open studio floor plan for true
city living. No matter your preference,
all of the apartments will be accented by
10-foot-tall ceilings, allowing for lots of
light and great views. Each residence will
feature gourmet-style kitchens with granite
islands and countertops, plus energy
efficient appliances. Bedroom suites will
include large walk-in closets with lots of
storage, and separate washing machines
and dryer units.
Naturally, no Lake Nona home is complete
without ways to enjoy the beautiful Florida
weather. Residents will get exclusive
access to a 60-inch outdoor TV, and an
infinity-edge pool lined with cabanas and
two grills, perfect for cooling down and
cooking out during the hotter months. In
the winter, a covered fire pit and outdoor
fireplace will be a great spot to gath
