LACROSSE - JUNIOR SCOUTS BOYS LACROSSE ( 6-14Y ) The Junior Scouts Boy ’ s Lacrosse program will once again be participating in the Illinois Boys Lacrosse Association League ( IBLA ). Teams will be fielded at 1 / 2 grade , 3 / 4 grade , 5 / 6 grade , and 7 / 8 grade levels and will practice twice a week and play games on the weekend . Practices will range from 60 to 90 minutes depending on the division and games will be approximately 90 minutes long .
Spring Training : To get our Junior Scouts ready , preseason practices will be offered three Sundays in March : 3 / 3 , 3 / 10 , and 3 / 17 . They will be held in the Lake Forest Recreation Department Gymnasium or the LFHS East Campus Field House and will run for one hour . The exact schedule will be distributed in March , but no workout will begin before 1:00 pm . To participate in these training days , you must register before March 1st .

LACROSSE - LEARN-2-LAX ( GRADES K-1 ) Our ( LFLA ) Spring Coaches are back for our third session of Learn-2-Lax for our youngest lacrosse players ( grades K-1 ). Your son will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun , engaging , and positive environment from members of the LFLA Spring Coaching Staff - all former college lacrosse players . Player-to-coach ratio of approximately 10:1 .

Townline Community Park Lacrosse Fields LFLA Spring Coaching Staff Players will receive a practice jersey , but will need to bring their own stick , helmet , and gloves . Cleats , shoulder pads and elbow pads are encouraged .
