• Language/Manners of Address
• The “X Factor” or “Secret to Success” in interscholastic
athletics is having fun. To this end, coaches in our program will
focus on delivering all feedback in a positive manner and tone.
• Players will be respected as individuals and will be addressed in
a respectful manner at all times.
• Officials will be treated with respect at all times. No coach,
player, staff or representative of La Vernia Boys Basketball will
berate or verbally abuse or attack an official in any manner.

• With the use of enhanced signs and graphics, our “Core Values”
will be proudly on display in all facilities used by the basketball
program.
