PIZZA BIANCHI £5
A simple mozzarella arancini, gorgeously creamy, sprinkled with chives and parmesan. A lot of cheesiness. You get 3 of the little guys for £5, which would be a criminal offence in Palermo, but we’ll let it slide as you’re not going to get much cheaper anywhere else this side of the Manica.
The best arancini in Bristol
Ollie Workman
Whilst maybe not strictly a traditional Sicilian arancina (or arancino depending on which coast of the island you are on) Bristol still has some pretty darn exceptional arancini on offer. For example, the Bristolian arancini tends to go for the more rounder shape of ball, as oppose to the conical one which is more common in Sicily – inspired by the shape of Mount Etna. If I wanted to be 100% sicilano-corretto then I would call them arancina, but for the sake of not sounding too pretentious, I will just go with the grammatically incorrect arancini. So without further a due, here are the top 4 arancini Bristol has to offer.
