Recommended Listen: Casa del Mirto!
In 2005 electronic music producer Marco Ricci created the group Casa del Mirto with Luigi Segnana and Raffaele Ricci. Since then they have released six albums and eight EPs, but in an interview with the Italian web magazine Date-Hub, Ricci confirmed that their “base-city” Trento - where Ricci grew up - still inspires the sounds they create. However, the fact that their lyrics are predominantly in English means that there is no excuse for all of you not to listen to this band; their music has a calm feeling throughout whilst combining elements of dream pop, making it an easy listen.
